I need service for high voltage alarm in Ohio

My vehicle had a high voltage alarm on 5/10, and I’ve been trying to get service since. A technician said it’s a bad coolant pump, but I haven’t heard back. I’m in Ohio with no nearby service centers. Any advice on getting my car serviced after almost two months?
