Charging stuck at 90%, is this normal or an issue?

Hey everyone,

My ride won’t charge past 90%, I have tried two different chargers, but it just says "charging" with 0 kWh, and the port flashes green. I’ve set the max to 100% since I’m planning a long trip this week. Is this a normal behavior?

It sounds like it could be an issue with the car itself, not the charging equipment. I'd strongly recommend contacting your dealer or scheduling a service appointment ASAP. It's better to get it checked out before your long trip, just in case.
