Dead car and charging port

Hello! My car started having issues with the AC system. I tried to fix it by doing a hard reset. Of course, I got no results.
Anyway, the big issue came when I plugged it in. The charging port got hot and red and even made a crazy sound.
Now both the charging port and the car are dead. What should I do now?

Whoa that sounds serious. I haven’t had this happen to my Ocean but the charging port getting hot and making noise doesn’t sound normal. Did you notice any weird smells like burning plastic? I wonder if it’s a problem with the charger itself or the car’s onboard system. Have you contacted Fisker support yet?
