If you're having frozen maps or other weird glitches, a 12V reset might fix it. My tech (before he was laid off) walked me through this process, and it worked!
  1. Disconnect the HV loop – Open the rear hatch, remove the small panel on the right, and unplug the harness (lift the latches first).
  2. Disconnect the 12V battery – Open the front hood, use a 13mm socket to remove the grounding lead (no need to access the battery itself). Wait 2 minutes.
  3. Reconnect everything – Reverse the process, but be gentle with the bolts.
  4. Calibrate windows & sunroof – Follow a specific sequence to reset window and sunroof operation.
If done right, everything except the small dog windows should work (those need a tech). Hope this helps.

Thanks for the detailed steps, my only concern is the doggie windows, could they get stuck open or halfway? That’d be more stressful than just staying closed.

Good question, the doggie windows usually stay closed after a reset. They just won’t open until a tech reinitializes them. No risk of getting stuck open..
