I’m in Texas and got my Fisker in December. Still waiting on my title and plates. Last I heard from Fisker, they submitted the paperwork to the state about three weeks ago, but I haven’t heard anything since. The DMV doesn’t have any record of my VIN. Any advice on what to do next?

Man, I was freaking out that I wouldn't be able to get the title and registration for this thing. The idea of it just sitting in my driveway forever was a nightmare. I would have paid anything to get it on the road.
The only good thing about it becoming a total brick would be not having to pay insurance on it.

That’s a tricky situation! Honestly, you might wanna hit up the DMV every few days just to double-check they haven’t gotten anything from Fisker yet. If they haven’t, then it’s time to chase down Fisker through every possible channel - calls, emails, social media, whatever works. If nothing else works, consider getting some legal advice to figure out the best course of action.
You should keep contacting Fisker and document every interaction and demand a proof of paperwork submission. Instead of relying on the online dmv visit your local county tax assessor collectors office for direct assistance. If that fails you;ll need to contact the Texas dmvs regional office.
