Just a hypothetical question here. Getting service has been a nightmare. Is it possible to get my car fixed and then submit the repair costs to the court as part of my claim? Especially if I’ve been waiting forever for a response from the dealership.

Will there be someone handling warranty claims through the court that I can reach out to? Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

It’s possible, but you’d likely need documentation showing you gave the dealership ample time to resolve it, and consulting a lawyer for warranty claim specifics might help too.
 
It will take time for you to file a claim. The court will mostly give the manufacturer an opportunity to repair any issues under warranty. I agree with @Peggies you need to consult with a lawyer to evaluate the strength of your case and your lawyer would have a better idea in presenting your claim and evidence.

Did your dealer reach out for any updates? What did your lawyer say about his claim?
