Hi all,
One month into owning his new SUV, my cousin got a "12v battery low" warning today. It disabled the A/C, infotainment, and some safety features. The car drove fine for about 6-7 miles, but the error appeared back again after restarting later.
At home, it didn’t start charging right away. He had to lock, unlock, and plug it back to start charging. He also noticed some rattles near the vents be the center screen.
Could this be a software issue, or is his 12v battery draining? Has anyone dealt with this? Let me know so I can help him!

One time, my EV "12v battery low" warning popped up, and it turned out the 12v battery wasn’t charging properly from the main battery. In my case, it was a software issue that required a reset at the service center.

Boa tarde
Alguém do grupo já ficou sem conseguir abrir o teto solar e as janelas caninas!!,
Como posso fazer para resolver esse estresse!?
Obrigado

Hey, Nuno! I used Google Translate to understand your issue. If I got it correctly, try to put the car in deep sleep mode for 20-30 minutes and then try to open it again. I hope this helps you.
