Fisker Ocean Won't Unlock!

I'm dealing with a major issue with my Fisker. Got back from a trip, and now I can't unlock the car - neither the key fob nor the NFC card is working. I've tried everything, even swapped out the battery in the fob, nothing.
Anyone else had this happen? Got any tips to save me from calling a tow truck?

Oh, I had the same thing happen not too long ago - both the FOB and NFC reader just stopped working! Luckily, Fisker support came through and unlocked my car remotely. Anyway, have you given the My Fisker app a try?

I don't want to scare you, but I have heard this issue can be related to the battery not working properly, or even being dead. But it is better if you contact the support.
