Anyone Else Having Issues Creating a Profile?

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to create a profile on my Fisker Ocean, but I keep running into a problem. Every time I try, I click the link on the screen, and it just gives me a “Page Not Found” error.

Is this a known issue with the system, or am I missing something? I’ve tried restarting the system and even double-checking my internet connection, but no luck. It’s pretty frustrating since I was hoping to customize the profile settings.

This could be a backend issue with Fisker’s servers or the software version your car is running. A workaround could be using the Fisker app to manage profile settings externally. Have you tried accessing the profile setup using a different device, like a phone app or desktop version? Sometimes these things work better outside the car’s system. Hang in there, new tech can be quirky sometimes!

Yikes, a ‘Page Not Found’ error? That sounds like a server-side issue with Fisker’s system. Before pulling your hair out, make sure the car’s software is fully updated and that your internet connection is solid. If it still doesn’t work, you might need to contact Fisker support, they might need to reset or fix it on their end.
