In August2024, I reported an overheating battery issue, and Fisker diagnosed it OTA. They promised a part and a tech, and after nearly five months, RP finally arrived yesterday in 96-degree heat. Despite tough conditions in my garage, he worked like a pro, fixing both the pump and my doggy windows. I’d told Fisker early on to prioritize other customers since my car was drivable, but RP’s precision and professionalism were worth the wait. I’m grateful to Fisker for making it right, this car is incredible, and I love it.

How has the Fisker been performing since the repair? Have you noticed any improvements with the battery or other systems?

It’s been great, the battery temps are more stable, and everything runs smoothly. No issues so far, and I’m enjoying the car even more after the repair.

Glad to hear it's all sorted! Five months is a serious wait, but at least they got it done right in the end!

That was a rough five month wait and this is not the kind of service we want to receive. Nonetheless fisker did deliver in the end. Hats off to RP for sweating it out to repair the battery pump and the pup windows in that garage. Glad to see they did not try to rush it. It is nice to hear that you can now enjoy your Ocean again.
