My Fisker Ocean keeps braking randomly, even in 'Fun' mode. This has happened to me thrice now, and it's incredibly dangerous, especially when I'm with my family. If this happens again, I'm considering escalating the issue to Fisker directly. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Just so you know, the official stance from most manufacturers is that this kind of issue shouldn’t happen, but I totally understand how alarming and dangerous it can be. If it happens again, escalating it directly to Fisker sounds like the right move.

Whoa, that’s definitely worrying! It’s super risky, especially with your fam in the car. If it happens again, definitely go up the chain with Fisker - make sure you jot down each time it happens, with dates and all the little details. Fingers crossed they’ll jump on it and fix things fast!

I haven't run into this myself in my Fisker, but I can totally see how frustrating and unsettling it must be when it happens. That said, I definitely think it's a pretty serious safety issue, or at least something that really needs to be dialed in.

Keep pressing the brake pedal, and the vehicle will continue to brake. From what I understand, this issue is related to losing regeneration when hitting bumps. Personally, I usually drive with low regen, and I have never experienced this problem so far.

I’ve had similar issues with unexpected braking in my Fisker, especially when I was in a rush. It’s unnerving! I reached out to Fisker’s support and they guided me through some updates and settings adjustments, but if the problem persists, escalating to them directly sounds like a good idea. Stay safe!
